What data do we collect?
KSY Natural Solutions collects personal data from:
- Visitors of the KSY Natural Solutions Platform and
- Registered Users, i.e. the persons who are registered and logged in as users of the Platform. The Company collects and uses the data about Registered Users for the purpose of identifying and verifying, periodically recurring compliance and as a part of the compliance check process.

Why do we collect your data?
If you successfully participate in an auction or sale/purchase, your contact details will be shared with the other participant to that auction and/ or sale to be able to finalize the sale.
Furthermore, as we work with Registered Users that participate in online tenders, auctions and sales, your contact details are important to be able to keep you informed of what is going on within the KSY Natural Solutions environment.
By submitting your information, you acknowledge that all presentations made by you are true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief, and you have not knowingly omitted any related information of an adverse nature.
Providing any inaccurate information may make you ineligible for registration for and the use of the Platform.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide the Company with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:
- Apply for registration at the Platform’s website
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via e-mail

To validate you as a Registered User we work with partners/third parties who may receive your information. This information is always handled with care, but in some occasions may be recorded or shared with authorities. At all times, the Company will control and be responsible for the use of your information.
The Company’s partners will record details of any search whether or not your application succeeds.
If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies. Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information. KSY Natural Solutions may furthermore also employ the services of a third party to assist in certain areas, such as website hosting and maintenance.
How long will we retain your data
If KSY Natural Solutions accepts you as a Registered User, personal data collected during your registration process will become part of your records, to be retained throughout your registered user ship.
This personal data will in any case be removed from our database and destroyed ultimately 30 days after the relationship between, the Registered User and the Company has ended.
If the Company does not accept your registration, we will delete all your personal data collected during the application process.
Our policies and schedules ensure that we meet the “data minimization” and “storage limitation” principles and that personal information is stored, archived and destroyed compliantly and ethically.
How do we store and protect your data
The Company takes the privacy and security of individuals and their personal information very seriously.
