Can I place an entry in a language other than English?
Even if the platform allows you to write in another language, we advise you not to proceed since your submitted entry will be rejected and not published.

Where can I place my own goods for sale?
You can publish your own goods in the Submit Ad page, inside your control panel. You have the ability to create either an immediate sell or an auction entry as well.
How do I know if I won the auction I participated in?
When an auction ends every participant is notified about the outcome.
If you are the winner, besides the notification, a member of KSY Natural Solution staff will contact you for further details in order to acquire the product you bid on.
Why can’t I contact the seller directly?
It is within KSY Natural Solution’s policy, that no direct contact is available between the seller and the buyer in order to assure the smooth transaction of the purchase.
Can I buy the goods directly from the website?
KSY Natural Solution’s platform is not an e-shop, that’s why after you declare interest for a product, either being sold or auctioned, by clicking the buy buttons, a direct contact with the administrator will help you complete your purchase.
How can I choose which image I want to define as my main image in the submit ad page?
Every uploaded image has two buttons available. The one on the right shows an X which deletes that image and the one on the left which shows a circle, is the one that if clicked determines the main photo and which is checked by default in the first image uploaded.
Why does a user’s code name appear instead of the one I chose for my account?
Due to private data policy we respect the anonymity of our members and thus no personal information is available to other users.
Why are there two categories of entries in my control panel, one as a seller and one as a buyer?
A user can equally be a buyer and a seller as well, that’s why you need two different places to store your interaction history. A place for every product you sell and one for every product you buy or participate in an auction to buy it.
If I want to submit an ad for sale of 10 pieces of the same product can I enter a price that concerns unit price?
All the prices mentioned in the product entries, refer to the entire quantity presented in the description field. If you wish to sell only 1 piece of the 10 you have available each time a user buys it, then you have to submit that entry 10 times so as to sell 1 piece each time and of course in that case enter a price per unit.
What happens if I regret buying a product and I have already clicked the buy button?

How can I find out something that isn’t mentioned either in “how it works” page or in the “FAQ” page?
For troubling processes you can always refer to the guidance of the helpful captions above the fields in your control panel and if you wish further information you can always contact us via the contact form.
Does the registration cost me anything?
A standard fee of subscription is mandatory.
Which online payment methods can I use?
Payment method is made via Bank transfer to the bank account that will be provided to you.
Can I deactivate my account?
If you wish to deactivate your account you can contact the administrator who will guide you through the deactivation process.
How can I change my username?
The username that you entered during registration cannot be changed and is only used for your log in process. Due to private data policy it will not be visible to anyone else other than you and the administrator. After the completion of the registration process, the system will automatically appoint you a random username, in a form of user35487, that will be visible to everyone.
How can I change my password?
If you wish to change your password you can log in and enter your control panel where you click the settings tab and set the desired new one at the change password field.

What can I do if I forget my password or username?
If you forget your password and you are unable to log in, you can check the “forgot your password” link at the log in window so as to follow the instructions and reset it. If you forget your username, you can always log in using your confirmed e-mail address.
Why do I need to provide my ID-document during the registration?
The disclosure requirements serve to meet the Anti-Money Laundering and Know-Your-Customer obligations. A key example of this are the Anti-Money Laundering Directives from the European Union (EU). We must therefore check the identity of your UBOs and directors, for your company to be able to trade with us.
Can I receive notifications about entries I am interested in?
Notifications concerning entries are only sent for the auction types and specifically the actual bidding process and the outcome of it. Nevertheless, for every submitted entry that you find interest in, you can always mark it as favorite and from that point forward access it easily.
How can I create an auction?
You can visit “How it works” page, where there are thorough steps for the creation of an auction and for every other process as well.
How can I cancel an auction and are there any penalties for that?
Even if you are a buyer or a seller you are allowed to proceed to specific cancellations regarding an auction or a sell entry. For the cancellation policy and its potential penalties please check our terms & condition page.
Can I save my entry as a draft and come back to it later?
When you submit a new entry, you have to be very careful with the fulfillment of the fields. The system doesn’t offer the capability to save your progress for a future completion. The moment you click the SAVE ENTRY button it will be sent to the administrator for approval, so make sure you reviewed everything before you click it.
