Step 1

The official language of the site is English, so every interaction throughout the platform must follow that rule.

 

Step 2

Create an account so as to acquire access to all of the available tools of KSY Natural Solution’s market. To do that, click the LOG IN button. If you are already a member just enter your data to log in, otherwise check the not a member link to proceed with the registration form.

 

Step 3

After you complete your registration follow the instructions sent to you via e-mail, in order for your account to get activated. Firstly you will be asked to confirm your e-mail and secondly to send us specific formal documentation for your company, based on which you will be given access to corresponding category/categories. Please check your spam folder as well. 

 

Step 4

You can check all the active product entries, either sales or auctions, concerning your category, via the enter trade button. If you wish to check the entire collection of product categories, follow the enter market link from the about trade menu.

 

Step 5

After you log in, the button turns to your user’s name, and by clicking it you have the ability to enter your account’s control panel. There, you can check your profile information, subscription, transactions, your interactions as a seller or a buyer and of course submit your own entry in order to sell your goods.

 

Step 6

Throughout the control panel and in some of its fields, next to their title, you will come across an info mark i, which shows you a help caption of the featured field by placing your mouse over it.

 

Step 7

To sell your own goods (sale & auction type) just enter your control panel, enter the submit ad button and follow the below process:

  1. Place your desired details, title and ad type

  2. Fill the available fields concerning price and choose your currency. Keep in mind that the price concerns the entire quantity that is presented in the description.

  3. Select the condition state, upload available images or videos and write its description

  4. Place it in the correct category, choose its desired duration (number of days) and indicate the purchase incoterm

  5. Check your entries again and save your ad

  6. Move to the As a seller tab and spot your saved ad. Open it and check the fee column in which soon after your save it will appear the % fee that you will be charged with. You have to tick the box next to it to approve it, in order for your entry to be published.

  7. If the information in your entry is thorough based on your product description your entry will be published, otherwise a member of our staff will contact you so as to ask you to provide further documentation. For example if you label a product as organic, you have to present appropriate files to justify that label (these files could also be placed at the images field).

 

Step 8

Besides selling your own goods you can buy as well. Navigate through the active entries of your category to find the product that meets your needs, sell or auction, and use the search filters to help you find the most appropriate one for you.

 

Step 9

At all of the entries, sell and auction, you are given the tools to mark them as favorite ones, report, print or share them.

 

Step 10

In a sell entry you can view all of the essential information needed for your purchase. The product and the original price, incoterms, map of its location and of course images, description and a unique ID of the product. If these information meet your requirements you can purchase this product via the buy now button. By pressing it, first of all you are committed by the terms & conditions to buy the product and secondly the button activates a contact window with the administrator who will guide you through the purchase process.

 

Step 11

In an auction entry, besides the previous information of a sell entry that apply here as well, you can also see the current bid state, the minimum next bid that you have to place in the place bid field (you can always place a higher bid than that but not lower), the five latest bids placed, the number of the bids placed so far and the countdown timer. If you are the highest bidder by the time the auction ends, you will be immediately notified and a member of our staff will contact you for the details. In some auction entries there is a buy out button, which gives you the capability to instantly end the auction and buy the product at the featured price (also through the contact window with the administrator). This action is also binding by the terms & condition.

 

Step 12

If you desire you can enable the subscription feature, through your control panel in the transactions tab, and choose the most adequate for your needs.

 

Step 13

In the same tab you can also check your invoices for every transaction made so far.

3. Start Earning

Now sit back, relax and wait for the potential buyers to contact you regarding goods and/or  services you are offering and start earning money and building contact as easy as that
